Vietnam has made their own culinary culture is extremely rich and unique. It is rich in the diversity and unique in the raw material, processing and flavor of each dish. And most important of all is that it also encompasses the cognitive life, culture and people of Vietnam.
It is the cultural exchange between regions together have contributed to the unique cuisine, fresh but still retain the traditional food culture of the nation.
