     Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has issued Decree 57/2015 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree 152/2013 provides for management of motor vehicles by foreigners into Vietnam tourism .
     According to Decree 152/2013, one of the conditions for foreign motor vehicles involved in traffic in Vietnam's passenger cars have the steering wheel on the left side from 9 seats or less and motorcycles.
     Decree 57/2015 also, conditions have been amended and supplemented: As passenger cars left hand drive from 9 seats or less, car mobile home left-hand drive and motorcycles .
     Besides, Decree 57/2015 stipulates the time the Ministry of Transport has approved in writing the foreign motor vehicles in traffic in Vietnam has been reduced from 5 days to 3 days .
     Specifically, no later than 3 working days from the date of receipt of a valid application regulations, the Ministry of Transport has approved in writing the foreign motor vehicles in traffic in Vietnam.
     Written approval is sent to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Finance, the High Command of Border Guard and provincial, city or centrally related to national management coordination.      In case of refusal, must give written reply within 3 working days and the reasons.
